I would NOT recommend this place to absolutely anyone. After driving 10 hours with my three children, there was no staff on site. I had to call the number on the door and the voicemail says to text them and not leave a voicemail because they will not respond to the voicemail. You are instructed to scan a QR code and upload a photo of your license and an additional 100$ deposit. Once you do that, you might get a response. My kids and I waited until after midnight when they text me back to let me know that they didn’t have a reservation for me, although I had the receipt and itinerary number. The note on the door says once they receive the deposit and photo of your license you will receive a text message of your room number and there will be a black box outside of the room with the key…. The property was very sketchy with numerous cameras outside everywhere and some of them had alarms on them when you walked by. It’s not on the beach and the actual neighborhood the property is located on is not family friendly or inviting. I absolutely give this place zero stars.
