The place is a family friendly safe location to stay. The attendant that works and maintain the cleanliness of the 9th floor is outstanding and very kind her name is Juliet. One thing that the place can’t control but can probably do something in the future is to make sure that there rules is be followed by guest, we are family of 5 with young children and we are non smokers at night we smell people smoke and my children's are very sensitive and health conscious with it. That is all, Over all we enjoyed our stay and we are definitely coming back in this particular resort.

We truly enjoyed our stay. There were many children but they were busy with the pools and water park. We plan to visit again after the season ends and take our grandchildren. The restaurant next door called Damon’s was outstanding. The hotel restaurant called Loco Geko was good but a more relaxed and breakfast atmosphere. Clean and well kept for an ocean front hotel. Highly recommended especially for families.

Nice hotel for families

When you arrive there is a sign that says you have to go across the street and check in, should just have the directions go there. Then you have to wait in line and honest the slowest check in process I've ever seen. The hotel is nice. Lots of nicks and dings on furniture, sand on bathroom floor and no trash bags in the cans. Other than that the property is right on the ocean, has a "waterpark". Overall very nice but had no idea how to check out till i finally got someone on the phone. I tried email the day before, calling the hotel number and the 0 on the phone without luck. Had to let it ring for several minutes before i got a response that i could leave the cards in the room. I liked the place, but could have been better. Also do not eat at the restaurant took an hour, had to askfor everything, kids never got refills, pancakes tasted horrible. It was expensive on top of that. Everyone only ate a few bites and had to leave hungry. Ask another waitress for help because the one we had was old and slow, but was told they can't help each others tables.

Really like this hotel this is the second times we stayed. But ive notices that my opinion is that this is for older kids, there is alot of drinking and it cant get wild at times. The employees are so nice and helpful. Good gwt away.

I had to switch rooms because the first room smelled like cigarettes smoke and mold all in one. The living room ceiling in the second room was full of black mold. The microwave and stove was rusted. I was scared my two year old would get cut in the rusty edge of the oven door. The bathroom was so small that you have to be in the tub in order to be able to open the door. Everything is old and just disgusting. The elevator had a different smell every day. They have a mobile toilet trailer parked by the ground entrance that smelled so bad you would gag going by. The kids pool with the slides was so old and rusted that I was scared for my kids to play in. Too bad I can’t post any pictures because I have plenty.

Well we paid extra for the jetted tub in our condo but never got to use it due to the fact that the drain plug would not close and our coffee maker was broke. They however did give us a free breakfast for the our compensation. But over all it was it was great since we stayed on the beach 20 feet away
