TERRIBLE place to stay! I came in late, due to my flight arriving late. But I called a week in advance to inform, the day before AND the day of, just so they were well aware and expecting it. I was told to ring the doorbell when I got there and I would be assisted. I waited in the cold for over 20 minutes and RUDELY "greeted" by a woman in her pajamas (not upset about that at 12:30am) but she literally told me that she was just giving me my keys because she wanted to go back to bed and she would deal with me in the morning. . . The place was DISGUSTING!!! Absolute FILTH! Blood smeared on the walls, bloody boogers on the shower curtain, the stove, fridges, and cabinets with dishes were NASTY!!!!! It was AWFULLLL!!! There were literal drug deals going on outside the building in multiple areas. The people on the balconies below my floor were all passing and smoking drugs to each other...I have pics and video proof of everything! TERRIBLE!!!!! Got a full refund and will never ever recommend to anyone! Should be condemned!

We had a huge crack in our ceiling. We could see the rebarb in the ceiling. The area arouns the tub looked like it had been puttied. The pool and hot tub was dirty and the hit tub water looked green. We was barely in the room for the time we was there and for the price i didn't think it would be like the ritz. Staff was GREAT!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is perfect. Could not recommend more, best value in town. Would I bring my family here? No. But the negative reviews are entirely unfair. Parking situation? Sure it’s a tight lot… not the end of the world just work on your parking skills! Your romantic getaway was ruined? Maybe don’t spend $32 a night for that! Took a bit of time to be checked in? Oh well, go take a stroll on the beach while you wait! Perfect place for what it is.
