The check-in process was average; neither expedited nor delayed. The attendant was courteous. Our condo unit exhibited an unpleasant odor upon entry, likely due to its outdated condition. Overall, I was unimpressed, especially considering the cost. The unit was unclean, with visible spiderwebs throughout. Essential amenities such as paper towels and trash bags were absent. Furthermore, the keycard malfunctioned on the second day, necessitating an inconvenient trip to the lobby for replacements. The lack of available lounge chairs, all reserved with towels, forced us to rent a cabana for $350. This situation highlights a need for improved staff oversight to prevent guests from reserving multiple chairs for extended periods. The pool area was pleasant, with several pools to choose from. However i don't think i would stay again only due to the condition of the condo that we stayed in.

Property overall was great. Hotel needs to do a better job with sweeping and dusting as the villas room seems to only have the mattress sheets and bathrooms clean. The floors and couches had sand from the previous guest. From just looking it looks clean.

Top Notch Family Resort

Kingston Plantation Condos were a great getaway for our family. My 6 year old grand daughter loved everything about this resort, the turtles and ducks in the ponds, the birds in the tree’s, the pool, waterpark, beach and cafe’s.

We liked the friendly and helpful staff. Parking was easy. We didn't like the particular condo we stayed in, There was no couch, only a bed. The pillows were way too soft. There was rust in the tub. The light in the ceiling fan didn't work. There was a broken wood panel above the left side door under the bathroom sink.

The ice machine didn’t work. The sliding glass door got stuck and locked us out for a few minutes. There was construction area that wouldn’t allow us to cross bridge to main embassy suites. We were staying in south Hampton. I paid a lot of $ to stay there. Most of the resort and staff were great! And got that price it should be free breakfast

The property we stayed at was a little outdated and not the cleanest, there was a lot of hair in the unit. Being a former housekeeper it is important to clean areas of hair but other than that it was nice. The community itself was very quiet and neighbor was friendly we love the pool at the embassy and enjoyed overall.
