Ready to go back

Only problem had was when we first got there the inside lock was on the door so couldn’t open the door. Call the company and within 29 minutes the maintenance man was there and got the lock off and got it replaced. He was a very nice and friendly man. The lady I talked to was very nice and got the problem solved very quickly and texted me back to make sure everything was ok. It was a super great time and very enjoyable. Sat out on the lovely balcony for most of my stay. I would very much stay here again. Only concern is maybe a little rug in front of the sliding door when you come in from the balcony would help to wipe feet in.

Where do I even start with this rental! If I could post pictures of the filth I definitely would.when me and my fiancĂ© went to arrive at the hotel/resort the outside of it just looks gross and out dated and definitely people doing hard drugs in the hallway outside of our rental door
soon as u walk in the rental there was mud/dirt on the kitchen floor..the bathroom was dirty with a uncleaned tub! The bed is literally hard as rocks and springs stabbing your back
I notified vrbo was said I had to wait for the manager to get a ahold of me and was no help!!they wouldn’t get back to my calls or emails!!I will definitely be disputing this with my bank

Couldn’t use all amenities

The room and decor was nice, actually looked better than the picture. The balcony was awesome- the best part. Easy check in with the door code. Unfortunately, we were not able to use some of the property amenities, including the poolside tiki bar- which was one of the main selling points for us. Also unable to use the restaurant. These amenities required that we purchase the room through the hotel only. We were also not able to use the parking deck connected to our building- as advertised in the listing (stating that we could park on the fifth floor and walk to our unit). This was always blocked with a “Lot full” sign. We were forced to park across the street in the overflow parking, which would not have been terrible except that towards the end of our stay was black bike week and for some reason the bikers were allowed to take over the first floor of the parking deck and block the entrances and exits. Because of this, we almost left a day early. Also should be noted that the hotel is actually set up more like a motel. The doors to the rooms are actually exterior not interior as we desired. The room is immediately off the elevator which also caused a lot of foot traffic outside our door all hours of the day and night. The entire resort was very dated and kinda rundown. The front desk lady was very rude, but the rest of the staff we encountered were very nice. We decided that we will not come back to this resort.

Great Oceanfront Relaxation Getaway

This was a wonderful birthday stay!! The place was clean on arrival and was better than expected. Yes, the bathroom is a bit small, but the tub is nice and extra deep which allow for a nice soak. And there is a vanity area just outside the bathroom which allows for plenty of 'get ready' space, which is great! The bedroom area is large and very spacious! There's even room for a small pack 'n play if needed for an infant - probably wouldn't bring a toddler. I didn't use the pool area, but the balcony/patio is an amazing space. The ocean is RIGHT THERE and it was nice to sit out there and read. There's also a nice ocean-side green area at ground level with several hammocks. If I had one suggestion, it would be to bring a blanket for the bed if you like heavier bedding. While the sheets and cover were nice, they were just a bit thin. I like a cooler room with heavier bedding, so I grabbed a blanket at the Tuesday Morning, right at the end of the street. I felt so at home here! Love this space and will definitely seek this spot out again in the future!

Not what it seems

Paint is all chipped; bathroom is SUPER small; people above us throw their ashes over the balcony; the table in the room was not sturdy; parking was a nightmare without an assigned space and AC condenser ran all the time making it difficult to sleep! Looks good in pics but cheaply done.

Beach front condo!!!!

Such an amazing time!!! The balcony and location was amazing. Super easy check in and check out with no interaction with anyone else!!! Everyone communicated very swiftly and nicely. Will be staying again very soon!!!!

Enjoyed our stay. Nice large deck with ocean front view. Weather was overcast with scattered light rain, so we just utilized the coach under the awning.

Property was okay. I know the property is dated, Room was clean except the exhaust fan in the bathroom needs a little more attention. We had neighbors that smoked, we received smoke and cigarette butts on our balcony.
