We had to be moved to another room immediately after checking in due to seeing a roach as soon as we walked in. In the room we were moved to, we later saw more roaches on Friday night. By Saturday night, we noticed bite marks on both the adults’ and kids’ legs, and we discovered bedbugs. At that point, it was late and the kids were already asleep, so we did not want to go through the hassle of changing rooms again. The rooms were not clean, and the overall upkeep is far below acceptable standards. We checked out first thing the next morning. I went to the front desk and was given the manager’s email. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was nice, fully stocked for cooking and the building is accessible and has pretty much everything needed for a long or short stay. If you book directly with them you get a good deal.
