Very outdated. Room 1416 had mold growing on the wall by the hair dryer. Paint was chipping off the bath tub. The sliding door for room 1416 leading to the balcony was difficult to open and lock.

The suite was very outdated. We could frel the springs in the mattress. The stove and refrigerator hadnt been cleaned. The bathroom room mirrors had stains in them. The carpet was worn and dirty. Asked for oceanfront and our view was of the parking garage. The staff was very kind and courteous.

No table to sit at. Coffee pot leaked. Mold in bathroom. Rust covered. Sand left on flooring and in bathtub. Closet doors couldn't close. No decor. Mattress hard uncomfortable worn out. Not well maintained. Poor customer service.

The room was not cleaned properly. The carpet was not vacuumed; the bathroom tub was not cleaned properly. Dirt was easily seen on the floor around the refrigerator. The patio furniture was filthy. The curtains smelled and needs to cleaned/replaced. The mattress was not comfortable at all. Overall, the room did not smell fresh which is likely attributed to the old, smelly curtains and carpeting. On a positive note - the staff was great! I was able to hear the live music from the Ocean Annie's Beach bar downstairs.

Our suite was clean with ocean view, beach access nice. Patio door needed repair and wouldn't slide open. Our unit had 2 wooden chairs & table. No comfortable ones to sit in to read or watch tv. Luggage carts old and unwieldy. Staff very nice. Multi level parking garage annoying . Best feature: it's on the beach.
