Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend
I booked a 2 Queen Suite with a Murphy bed and sleeper sofa for 6 people. Upon arrival, we were given a room (615) that smelled of mildew, had visible mold in the bathroom and bedroom, and a rusted refrigerator—not safe for children. After raising concerns about my daughter’s mold allergy, I was told the hotel was sold out and to “deal with it.”
Later, we were moved to Room 1015 without being informed it only had a king bed and Murphy bed—losing two beds. This room also smelled terrible and had mold on the ceiling, bed, and in the bathroom. The staff treated the situation like a joke, even laughing when speaking with us and Expedia, who tried to help. The only solution offered was to leave, with no help finding alternate accommodations on a Saturday night.
The entire resort was dirty—foul-smelling hallways, a rat by the pool, and unknown white substances floating in the water daily. Easily the worst hotel experience I’ve had.
