Stayed at this home for a weekend getaway. The home is one block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood with high-rise hotels across the street. The home was clean upon arrival with a small community pool on site. I would describe the home as compact for a 4BR 3.5 bath which worked well for 4 people but may be tight for a large family. Overall the location, neighborhood, amenities and cleanliness of the home were very well appreciated.

Everything was great used this location for a bachelor party weekend. Super convenient super chill. Plenty of beds and bathrooms! Would most definitely stay here again! Easy beach access and walking distance to a few restaurants!

The property was represented accurately in the photos online but the property was not clean upon arrival. It is poorly maintained and needs a deep clean and paint job. Communication was less than adequate. It would take on average 3-4 days for a response leading up to the rental week. Once there we needed to reach out to the property management and once we talked to someone, they said they would call back with a follow up and never did. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Nice location

Our family of four and another family of four enjoyed a two night stay. The house worked well for our needs since it had 4 bedrooms and several bathrooms. The living room was tight, but the porch was nice with the morning breeze. We used the pool and it was very convenient waking distance to the public beach access. The house needs a deep clean, but was clean overall.

Great location

The location was perfect. The space was clean, although the drain in the bathroom sink upstairs was prettt clogged. Living room space was small and hard to accommodate all 6 of us, but we spent so little time in the house, it wasnt a huge issue.

Awesome vacation home!

We enjoyed our stay at this property by Vacasa! We had 8 adults/teens and 2 kids ages 2 and 3 all under this one roof! If you have a group of 6 or more I would like to note that while there is plenty of room and beds for everyone the common area downstairs will be a little tight. We were not in the house enough for this to ever matter and the property owners did a great job with their pictures to show the full size of the room. If you are also looking to speak directly with property manager also know that this property is ran by a management group and you will not talk with the same person everytime. That being said any questions we had about the property or about check in were answered in a timely manner. We cannot wait to book this property again!

Comfortable Home Near the Beach – Almost Perfect!

We recently stayed at a Kashton Charms home and had a great overall experience. The location was perfect, and the home itself was the ideal size for our group—comfortable and well laid out. The only downside was the lack of a vacuum or basic cleaning tools. With sand getting everywhere, it would have been helpful to have something to clean up with. We also wish the home had included a few beach essentials like towels, an umbrella, or chairs. Having to purchase those items added unnecessary cost and hassle, and it’s something that may make us reconsider a future stay. That said, we really did enjoy our time and appreciated the space. With just a couple of thoughtful additions, this would be a five-star stay.

Beautiful home but FILTHY

Wow! This is the 2nd time staying in this home. I informed Vacasa about the cleaning issues then but obviously nothing was done. I have so many pictures and videos of the filth and to charge a $561 fee!!!! I had to clean the house and the bathrooms and get detergent to wash the sheets. I expressed all this to Vacasa and nothing has been done yet…just be ready to clean if you stay here. I am pretty sure the owners are clueless about the cleaning situation cause there is no way that this beautiful house should be in this condition. 💯💯💯

Family Labor Day Getaway.

Loved the location. Cross Ocean Blvd and you’re on the beach! The south strand is much quieter than the main part just a couple miles north. The home is fairly new and living accommodations are adequate for 6 Adults + Kids with enough seating in the common area for 10-12 (will be a bit snug). Also parking for 3 full-size vehicles directly below the home. Those features and finally getting to see family after pandemic made the stay enjoyable, but I have to say the after a night you can tell it’s the end of the summer season. I have to believe the house has been in better shape... All of the drains were various levels of clogged and needed to be snaked/cleaned. You couldn’t take a shower without standing in a small pool of sand and water. The lack of bath mats leaves you to stand on one of the towels so you’re not dripping water everywhere. The shower curtain rods were completely rusted (they only cost $20 to replace) and the exhaust fans in the bathrooms don’t seem to really exhaust so the humidity in the air is causing mold to grow on the ceiling. To add to it there was dust clinging to the walls in the hallway bathroom upstairs. The kitchen is a nice size, the appliances are relatively new and easy to cook on if you’re so inclined. Just make sure you wash before you use. I opened the coffee maker and an old filter and grounds were left in there completely molded over (pretty gross). I made sure to wash thoroughly and not tell my wife while there. Again, great location , nice layout but needs some TLC.

Another great experience in MB. Stayed in same location, different building. Love the access to Market Commons and Beach. Outside the hustle and bustle but with all the access. Would go again!
