Overall the experience was okay. The toilet needs replacing. It's loose from the wall and makes a loud noise when you sit down. The shower is very slippery and a fall hazard and the couch smells so bad of urine. Not sure if human or dog.

The view was breathtaking and even though the weather wasn’t as warm as expected. I was able to escape the bitter cold uo north for a few weeks and enjoy a cozy condo with incredible views. Looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Great location!

Overall we had a nice time here. The location was great and easy to walk to the boardwalk. The unit itself needs a little TLC and updating. Just a bit run down. But the view was really nice.

Me and my family greatly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and the condo was the perfect size for us. The balcony location and view is perfect direct beachfront view along with the right amount of privacy with the location. You can access the balcony from the bedroom and living area. The only con that isn’t enough to deduct a point because life happens is that we came during the spring so POLLEN all over the balcony but nothing a quick wet wipe couldn’t fix. Some staining on sheets, no signs of bed bugs, no bug infestation, light dust. For my detailed people

retirement gift

just retired and my husband just went through cancer treatment and has his first after radiation and chemo pet scan coming up next week we needed a get away after all the doctors appt and treatments and what better way to spend it then every where you look you see the ocean you see the ocean in the living full length window in the bed room in the kitchen we saw many many dolphins frolicking about on different days. never seen snow by the ocean before so that was a first. yes snow 3.5 inches .. my dogs just loved taking walks on the beach and chasing the birds . very safe environment lots of places to eat around the area. don’t believe the bad reviews you read on here there were no bugs no urine smell the garage was fine everyday they are out there cleaning every floor. the dog park people clean up after their dogs . we went in the winter the traffic was really light and not a lot of people pretty quiet. great discounts for monthly rates.

Heavy on the pet friendly

For starters this unit does not look as good as the pictures. The bathroom closet has mold on the walls and the shower floor and shower head were disgusting. the shower had no water pressure. I think this is why they chose not to include a picture of the inside of the shower There is definitely dog urine on the couch/ in the living room in general because we could not even sit in there for the smell. The upsides to the unit are that the view really is beautiful and the location of the hotel is central to where you want to be attractions wise, and we were able to bring our dog but the hotel itself is very poorly maintained. The elevators and outside of the property in front of the building smell so so so badly of pet urine that we dreaded having to ride up the 15 flights on the elevator to get back to the room. Also be aware that the hotel itself apparently doesn’t follow their own rules about weight limits and breeds that are allowed. We saw multiple big dogs including pit bulls and other of the banned breeds that were on the list. If I was bringing a small dog I would want to know that. The outside and inside pool were decent but the lazy river was literally brown. All in all I would not recommend this unit to anyone based on the amount of money we spent to stay. The price just doesn’t equate to the quality of the property whatsoever
