This place is very quiet and a cute layout and balcony. The listing is not accurate - there is no lazy river, pickleball or tennis courts included and i felt this was deceptive to even mention it if it is not included. When we arrived at 1 am, one of the smoke detectors was chriping loudly. We had to remove the battery which stopped it as i didnt want to try to find a battery out on the street at that time of night after a 13 hour drive. The condo had no extra batteries. The hot water went out in bathroom 2 and we were told to reset it by pushing a button on the hot water tank. The master bedroom bed we could feel the springs in the bed and the bunk bed was very rickety. Also whoever slept on top wiped boogers all over the wall that were not cleaned. There was at least an inch of dust on the ceiling fan in the master which was seeping over under the blade so i could see it while laying there. There was some kind of blood or dirt under the hot and cold taps in the bathroom - very easy to clean by just popping off the tops.The sofa bed was not comfortable. The host company had good communication and sent a maintenance person out when the bathroom 2 tub would not drain well. The instructions of where to park a second car were not accurate either and we had to reach out about that. The kitchen was lovely with plenty of dishes and silverware and pots. Only 1 pan. The bathroom towels were like sandpaper. Overall cute place but needs some help.
