This charming 1816 home is just a 5 minute walk to downtown Mystic and the marinas where you can dock your boat. There is a large porch to relax on during the day, overlooking the garden. Perfect for people watching while sipping a mimosa! The yard is fully fenced in, so your furry friend is free to roam. We are near dozens of restaurants and shopping, just a short drive to Watch Hill beaches, and 20 minutes to the casinos. This is the perfect Mystic getaway for a romantic weekend, family time, or a friends trip. Please note before booking and read the reviews:
The house is located on a main road and is noisy when trucks go by, and backing out of the driveway is hard. There’s free parking across the street if you prefer. It’s a very old house (1816), and so the staircase to upstairs is narrow, and the ceilings are on the lower side.

There are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The bedrooms and full bath are upstairs and half bath is downstairs.

Nice clean historic house, nice walk to town. Porch and garden were nice and house had a lot of supplies. Check in was easy with the door code.Had an issue with the smell of the bedding, whatever it was washed in gave me an allergic reaction. Owner said they would cover cost of new sheets but i wasnt able to purchase any. Tried washing some of it and airing it out but it didnt help much. I ended up sleeping on the couch. Wouldnt recommended to anyone with small children, pregnant or with respiratory issues.

Absolutely loved our trip to Mystic with our 2 shelties! Beautiful house, covered porch, fenced in yard for the dogs and the location couldn’t have been better!! The house was lovely and clean. Easy check in and check out. Short walk to town. The walk back to the house is up hill so it was a little more difficult in the heat. The driveway is very tight and pulling out of the driveway is slightly dangerous with how fast the cars go up this street. The house is also very close to the road. I would not recommend this house for people with small children. I was very nervous my 3 year old was going to walk right in to the street each time we left the house. Overall pleasant stay besides the traffic on the street and the driveway.

Spring Break weekend away

Cute New England home

Quaint old house very close to downtown Mystic. Wonderful porch that we spent a lot of time on. If you’re looking for an older home full of charm this is it. Walking distance to shops and dining. Property is located on a very busy street with off street parking. Host very friendly and easy to work with.
