Bed was too soft for my liking and no non-dairy creamer at breakfast. Specifically went with this hotel over another because breakfast was included. We never ate the breakfast or even had coffee because no dairy creamer

This property sits high up, so if you decide you want to walk to a destination, you must go down a steep hill or on returning climb up a steep hill.

Hotel was full and parking lot in the back of hotel needs upgrades. Very hard to drive at night and only one entrance into hotel with no signage that it was an entrance from the back. Ice machines and juice machines were both broken. Hotel was very clean and front desk workers were friendly and helpful.
