Everything was great. I did find it strange that I could not watch channel 7 (ABC) in my room, only in the breakfast room. Lots of slamming doors at. 6:30 in the morning was annoying but not the hotels fault.

Beware of the dog fee!

I’m traveling with a small dog. Most places charge a pet fee of $25 a night. It’s $75 here!! I was tempted to ask if he gets his own room, but I worried there might be an additional $50 fee for sarcasm.

This was my first time using Expedia, and it will definitely be my last. I booked a hotel for a few days, but when we arrived, it was horrible—small, dirty, and the air conditioning barely worked. We stayed only one night because I had to urgently find another place for my family. I requested at least a partial refund, but Expedia didn’t help me at all. To make things worse, the hotel lied, claiming they offered me another room, which never happened. It felt like a horror movie experience. I’m very disappointed and will not be using Expedia again.

Nice staff, some noisy details, overall good stay

Super friendly and attentive hotel staff. The main elevator seemed dirty both days- something on the floor and lots of smudges on the frame and doors. As it was my first impression of the place, it made me worry about what the room would be like but it seemed clean. It could be just the room I had but the HVAC and fridge were noisy during the night and other doors opening and closing were loud enough to repeatedly wake me during the night. Morning breakfast bagel bar was a nice touch.
