Thank you very much for your honest review. Your comments are always helpful in our efforts to continually improve our services and hospitality. The hotel really is the perfect place to relax. We are amazed by your comment about small children because we offer services such as free cot for children, special bath for babies, kettle in the room, baby meals on request. You are probably referring to an incident where your shutter handle broke. We did what we could to fix the problem and managed to close the shutter so that no light entered the room. The next day, the specialist came to fix it. If the timing was not ideal, we apologize, but sometimes expert craftsmen are very difficult to come at exactly the time we want. If we hadn't welcomed him, the shutter might never have been fixed. We would be delighted to host you again to prove to you that we can improve and earn an excellent in your rating.
