My family loved the house and the location. We loved the views from the front and rear balconies. The beach was never crowded and we were able to enjoy our time there. Great house, quiet location!

The property is not updated nor repaired. Might be fine for a bunch of college students, but not for a family. Kitchen is not well stocked. Rust on everything. Shower rod not attached to the wall in the downstairs bathroom. Toilet seats worn and wobbly. Sinks without stoppers. Drawers stick on the dressers, chairs dry rotting and shedding fabric. Hole in the carpet and ceilings. Great neighborhood. Not far from the beach.
