Started off ok, but that quickly ended. Went to the onsite restaurant and ordered a new turkey dinner and the stuffing was expired grey and mushed. Found body hair in the bathtub and sink told front desk and they didnt say anything or offer anything.

We were very happy with our room. It appeared to have been recently renovated. We were 3 adults, a toddler and 2 small dogs in a 2 x queen room. We had enough space and were also happy to have a fridge and microwave. The continental breakfast was also quite acceptable. I had booked the stay and dine so also had coupons for free dinners at the Ricky's. Since we arrived late the first night, we were very happy that they accepted our coupons for breakfast the following morning. The only reason I gave 4 starts rather than 5 was because I had found a few silverfish in the bathroom over the 2 nights we were there. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

Front desk staff were excellent. I love the design of the rooms. It’s like having a suite, with a separate living area from the bedroom. Unfortunately, the rooms are a little tired. Could use redecorating and sink needed replacing. It was cracked and the tap was loose. I still like it here and will stay again.

The beds were awful, so hard, none of us slept. We could hear the room above us clear as day. Our room was pet friendly despite our not having a pet with us, as someone with an allergy this was incredibly disappointing as the smell was obvious as soon as we entered the room. Would absolutely not go back.

The service here was among the best I've experienced. We stayed for just 1 night. I arrived for breakfast 5 minutes after it closed, (door was closed and locked) thinking I still had 5 minutes (because the clock in our room was wrong), I went to the front desk and saw that I was in fact late and was about to just walk away when the staff member asked me what I needed. He walked me to the breakfast room and let me in so I could eat. I thought that was great service.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and seems very well maintained but is on the older side. Our room was comfortable and met our needs but was definitely quite different than how it looked in the picture- less new.
