The room was recently renovated and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area had a lot of homeless but none in the close vicinity. Would stay agin and recommend to others. Price was a bonus

Very basic room

Owner of the motel kept calling me to find out my check in time the day of my arrival (very stressful and annoying) This motel was kind of close to downtown Nanaimo (20 minutes walk through a rough neighborhood). Kinda sketchy area, with homeless people searching for cans on the property. Very basic room, with a bathroom that was not super clean. We stayed for 2 nights with our child, no fresh towels and our trash cans were overflowing.

The first morning my girlfriend and daughter found a bed bug on the sheet of the bed. Also, a few chips fell on the ground the night before and there was a giant pile of ants swarming said chip....disgusting. We brought it to their attention, they refunded us our 2nd ngiht and we switched hotels

We booked a room with two Queen beds but got a Queen bed and Double Bed. The workers said they don’t have any rooms with two Queen beds despite the fact that they advertise two queens
