Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Paid for a week and was never sent check in details

Multiple messages and phone calls to the owner went unanswered. I had to find a new place to stay at midnight and still went ignored through the following day. They took my money and ran. If I could give this no stars I would. I booked this months in advance, reviews were good. Just wish I wasn't out several hundreds of dollars, I'll be filing a claim with VRBO
