Long weekend in wine country

Property was as advertised. Very clean and well laid out. We likely the location which was easy to get around as well as the services such as a market and restaurant available on the property at Silverado Resort. We would definitely return to this property again

Good price, good property.

We have been staying at Silverado Resort for over 30 years, and love the place. Their prices have gone up and up - this one-bedroom condo was the best deal we have found. Clean comfortable, roomy, and great location. And a very, very comfortable king size bed. Would return there.

Location and Cleanliness were Top Notch

Excellent location; Silverado resort is a lovely property and centrally located to vineyards and restaurants you want to visit. I am walker and walking the property's winding sidewalks through beautiful views of flowering trees and plants was a highlight each morning. The condo itself was very clean, which is really important to me. The carpet is a bit old, and the small sink outside of the bathroom did not have much water pressure (probably an easy fix), but otherwise, the property is well-maintained and has great amenities. The bed, and pillows, were really comfortable and the shower was great with a bigger stall and tub, and newer shower head. The condo features a nice sized balcony and is located close to the pool (which I had to myself most of the times I used it). Last, but not least, the host was helpful and communicative from the beginning to the end of our trip making check in and check out very simple. My husband and I enjoyed our stay!

Great location!

Very large living and bed rooms. The bath is a bit dated in decor and fixtures, but everything works perfectly. Nice view of the golf course and mountains from the balcony and living room. It was very convenient to have a upscale restaurant, small market, and a coffee shop on the property all within a 5 minute walk.

We have been renting at Silverado for year. Many times it’s for business and every year we come for the PGA golf tournament. The property was clean and had an amazing location at the resort. Due to the use of a third party management company. it was extremely frustrating trying to get the parking pass required during the golf tournament. I called a week in advance and was told I didn’t need one. The day of arrival I double checked, and I needed one. Took most of the day and standing out in front of the unit for close to 2 hours before getting in. The most frustrating part was being told we could get in early, as a one time courtesy, and taking all our luggage and groceries up, and then being told there was no way to override the keypad setting. Which by the way is a ten digit number you have to punch in every time you enter the property. I’ve found in the past it is easier dealing with owners directly. The unit was also lacking in toilet paper 1 1/2 rolls (we were renting for 3 nights) and no dish soap. I will repeat, this property does have an amazing location.

Great location.

Our stay was great. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Had a little difficulty with the tv. Other than that our stay was fantastic. I loved that there was a restaurant on site and for breakfast you could walk over to the cafe and grab coffee and treats or anything else you needed.

Drains barely work and no running water for the last 24 hours of my stay.

During the second day of my stay water, hair and other excrement came up the men from the shower drain and would not go down. The property management company told me that there had never been any plumbing issues with the unit and that they could get somebody to come out there in a few hours. Instead I went and got Drano and luckily that worked, on the last day of my stay there was no running water. Be very careful if you are planning to stay here.

Napa Experience

Property is beautiful. Condo was very clean. Only complaint is shower/tub does not drain well at all and the toilet did not always flush properly. Otherwise everything else was wonderful. Very clean. They do not give you enough towels and washrags for your stay. The expectation to wash the towels and washrags on my vacation is absurd. However, we would stay there again.
