The front desk man was extremely helpful and kind. We loved the location and had a partial view of ocean from the property deck. It was new and well decorated and very clean. There are many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. There is a pharmacy across the road and lil boutiques and galleries. Highly recommend!!!

We spent the Labour Day weekend in Napier and had a great time. The location of the hotel is good, and the room was amazing. At first, we thought the room was öld"and not renovated. but when we saw the room, it was amazing! Big, cosy, and the best thing was, it even had a fireplace! How much more cosy can a room be? It gave the room an amazing fair of a real home. Would we pick the same hotel again? Yes. Would we like to have a different room? Most likely not. Thanks, team Crown Hotel Napier, for the wonderful stay.
