House was wonderful management company wasnât that great I had an issue with the pool being 105 upon arrival. Their suggestion was to turn off the heater but a three day trip. The pool got down to 99 so wasnât really pleasant beautiful home a shame we couldnât use the pool. Management company has promised to reach out after phone calls and text and no resolution for any type of compensation donât know if Iâll use them again
The house was like a resort. The pool was spectacular. Make sure you pay for heating as there is an app to control the pool and spa. If you use it, be sure to check out the fountain and mist settings. Really cool features although make sure the pool is heated first as they will cool it down a bit. Donât try to book golf through VRBO. I booked everything I wanted through GolfNow. Plenty of tee times available all over the place. The house was very clean and stocked with amenities including an ice maker in the bar and multiple TVâs. Also has filtered water at the sink. The rooms were plenty big. Lots of bathrooms. The back deck was great to watch the sunset. We even had a gator come out of the lake and sun itself nearby which made for good photos. Only complaint is the master bedroom mattress had a massive dip on one side. I would ask if that was replaced before booking your stay as it was not comfortable to sleep in. Otherwise everything was great and the whole family enjoyed it.
The Home in Lely was one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed in. Incredible sunsets of the lake and golf course to wind down the day and beautiful courtyard private pool/spa area to relax by are just a couple of things that make this home standout. Mandy our property manager was excellent! She was very responsive and helpful with all our needs.
