The room had a very terrible smell, so we had to move rooms. There were no cooking utensils in the rooms. So we could not cook the food we bought. There was an unusual smell throughout the hotel. We would not recommend.this place.

Room was clean. Coffee machine was broken and there’s NO ice machine at all. While it was nice enough and convenient, it was definitely lacking in amenities.

There were no towels on the room. I had to ask five times to get some. The room was very clean, but the staff there are subpar. The vinyl flooring makes for a loud stay. You can hear was sounds like people moving furniture all night. I would not stay here again.

This property calls itself an “extended stay” suite. The good news is it’s new property ( opened 11/ 2025), the rooms appear fresh & clean with brand new appliances ( full fridge, 2 burners and a size-able microwave oven). My husband coined it a BYOE hotel which stands for “bring your own everything”. The kitchen was stocked with a small cutting board & kitchen towel. That’s.it. There was no flatware, no coffee maker, no toaster, no cookware like a frying pan. There was no dishwashing liquid or a scouring pad. There were no coffee mugs or plates. In the bathroom there was a bar of soap 😅 , however no Kleenex you did have toilet paper. No paper towels. The lobby did not have a restroom. It did have a small gathering area with an instant coffee maker and two vending machines. The front desk is welcoming and confident. They did apologize that they did not have coffee makers in the room, and the manager explained that that was not within their business model. He also explained that they cater more to workforce accommodations. There were several workforce trucks and vans in the parking lot. Unfortunately where we stayed on the fourth floor we were booked ended by workmen who wanted to party and drink. I did call the front desk around quarter of midnight and Monica immediately took care of this and they eventually quiet it down although we had booked for two nights. We only stayed for one night as I just didn’t feel safe and needed to sleep overnight.
Beautiful new appliances, however unable to use as we didn’t bring any cookware.

Super clean and new room/building. Friendly staff. Do a little research before booking! The price is lower, but doesn’t include things like a hair dryer, ect. But if you know this beforehand you can pack accordingly. Good location. Beautiful exterior as well. Would stay again!

From the moment you arrive, you notice the hotel's terrible condition: the lobby is filthy, there are no amenities, the elevator is dirty, and the room is a disaster with an uncomfortable bed. I stayed one night and left the hotel without even asking for a refund. Never again.

We were looking for very basic accommodations and this fit the bill. No extra amenities. No hair dryer or in room coffee. Common area only had vending machines. NO ice machine in the building. It’s a place to sleep, beds were comfortable. Dog friendly.

This is an average budget hotel, not bad, but nothing special. The map on Expedia does not show the hotel location. It takes you to another hotel about 8 miles away, the Hawthorn Extended Stay. The address listed below the map is correct but if you click on the map, the directions will take you to another location. The other hotel says people show up there all the time looking for the Echo suites. The Echo suites claim they have reported the issue to Expedia numerous times. Someone needs to fix this issue.
