Wonderful little boutique hotel. Staff and breakfast were wonderful. The location was perfect! We thought the street might be noisy, but the room was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was fabulous. We were very comfortable - beds were great. We were told not to stay in Spanish Quarter & I think that’s where the hotel is. We never felt unsafe & enjoyed the area

the staff were polite and helpful, and the central location is great. but the property is not even 3 star - the memory foam bed was terrible, the room is like a cell, and there was barely room to walk around the bed due to how narrow the room was.Bathroom was actually nice but didn't make up for the lousy bed, bad pillows and tiny dark room. Glad we only had planned to stay one night. Hard pass on this property next time.

Don't let the location fool you. This extremely friendly hotel is in the heart of the Spanish Quarter in Napoli. The staff is the friendliest and most dedicated I have seen in a very long time. My wife and I travel often and have enjoyed nice personnel but Marco, Luca y Nello are something special. The breakfast is not huge but is plentiful and very nicely prepared. I would stay here again without any doubts. Thanks to all of you guys we had a great stay. Eduardo y Carmen.

This was my 2nd stay at this wonderful small property in the heart of the Spanish Quarter. The staff is absolutely amazing. They are so helpful and friendly. The breakfast is amazing. The area around is full of restaurants and shops and is full of life. It is a delightful place to stay.

If you stay in Naples, this is your place to stay! It is in the old Spanish quarters with narrow streets, shops and restaurants. We did feel safe walking around after dinner. The hotel staff were so helpful in making dinner suggestions and helped us to figure out our transportation.

Great place! Surprisingly quiet even though it’s right in the centre of the Spanish Quarter. Comfortable bed, biggest bathroom we’ve had in Italy so far, and excellent included breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and gave us great recommendations on where to eat and how to experience the city. Very walkable as well. Thanks!

Excellent location for exploring Naples. Safer nicer side of town. Surrounded by lots of excellent places to eat & drink. Staff very friendly. Room excellent condition, all very clean. Complimentary water every day, and unlimited access to the bean-to-cup coffee machine until midnight. Excellent breakfast with good selection of quality items. Would definitely recommend for a break in Naples.

This hotel is in the heart of a very vibrant Naples neighbourhood. Tons to see around here and easy to walk around or close to a metro station to get to other areas. The staff was very helpful and always available at the front desk. We had a rental car and the staff assisted us in finding a reasonable parking deal at a garage next to the main Naples train station. The one close to the hotel was very expensive. The included breakfast is impressive with an extensive variety of items to fill up on. Great coffee machine too. Thank you for an enjoyable stay Il Convento
