Stay was good for the most part. It's not a freestanding hotel, more like a b and b. Convenient location and the main street is safe but some of the side streets felt sketchy at night. Staff mostly good but new guy the first night knocked on our door at 11 pm bc he needed our passports again (copies didn't print the first time).

It’s an unusual small hotel tucked away behind an old set of doors in central Naples. I loved it. It helps if you like pink, it’s very pink. I also loved Naples itself.

A very modern Hotel lots of pink & white we had junior suite with spa bath in the room very spacious 3 balconies. overlooking the main street and side street , it was convenient to walk to the middle of the Historic Centre ,you are in the Historic centre but not right in the middle which is good as its very busy and loud , the staff were very helpful , and the rooms are spotlessly clean , we walked everywhere its around 15/20 min to the harbour to get the ferry to Sorrento and other places , if you want to visit i suggest you buy your passes at the station on lower level of the central station .or on line , it was a very good place to stay you do need your sat nav maps as it makes things much easier whsn you leave hotel most places are only 15/25 min walk from hotel . .....good for couples as well as families ...

Overall good stay, property is a bit old, staff is welcoming and nice. If you want to experience authentic Naples experience location is perfect but will have to give up on some of the leisure’s of a complete 4 star hotel experience
