you have to walk about 20-30 mins (uphill) to access any facilities such as bus stops and restaurants, but except that everything was awesome. Quite, clean, good staff, and awesome breakfast.

This hotel was amazing. The views are incredible. The location was a convenient ride to the city center. The staff were all incredible and so friendly. Great experience for our first night in Italy.

Loved the view from the restaurant but depite the hotel advertises All Rooms with balcony. We did Not have a balcony nor did they change our room. So disappointed in this the girl at front desk was rude. Everyone else rather nice. Fabio in the restaurant was so fun and kind. Good food but I always have a balcony and that was so upsetting.

Great food at the restaurant, however they did not have any red wine on the night we dined there, so that was disappointing. Elevators are a little small. Great views of the harbour & Mount Vesuvius. Close to "50 Kaló" an amazing pizzeria. Staff were friendly and helpful and the shuttle service arranged with the hotel from the airport and to the train station were both convenient and cheaper than the Uber options.

There were a lot of staff members who made our staying very pleasant. The restaurant staff such as David, Massimo, Francesco, Fabio and Maria. The front desk had a person who was very sweet and attentive and that one was Flavia. The rooms, the view, the service and the atmosphere was spectacular.

A complete disappointment

Honestly this experience was one of the worst we had during our entire trip. The pool is essentially a hot tub - it can only fit 2 people in it at a time. You need to book a slot in advance otherwise you’re unable to use it. The front desk staff was rude the entire time. We booked two beds, were given one and told it was an upgrade. The entire experience was a disappointment. The only positive thing I can say is the front desk lady was able to wrangle us a cab quickly when we needed it.

Hotel has beautiful views and spacious, clean, cool rooms. Downside: The location made it nearly impossible to walk anywhere. The hill was steep and not well lit. Taxi was needed to go anywhere.

The hotel itself is nice, but they did not clean the pool when we made an appointment they had 3 hours before. We saw them cleaning it the next day for others. The restaurant delayed serving us for some reasons and many others were served first. Although the food was good. ***We are Black women travelors

The room had no curtains and only a thin cover. Therefore we woke up at 5am every morning due to this. There was also loud guests outside our room consistently which management never did anything about. Regarding the staff at the main check in desk, they were rude, unhelpful and condescending.
