Issues with things either not working or of need of repair. Also, I was told that because I had a do not disturb on my door at 8:00 am that my room would not be made up that day, something like that would have to be stated on your arrival paperwork.

Ice machine was broken finally got fixed today we were leaving. Bathroom door stuck, so it made a lot of noise to open and close it which was very annoying during the night. The food was horrible never had a breakfast that bad hotel needs some updating staff was friendly would not recommend due to the Could stay someplace else for the same amount normally like La Quinta this one did not live up to the name

Theresa at the front desk was super helpful on Sunday morning as I had a bunch of work stuff to print. She was very patient and understanding. The hotel was a little outdated yet still nice and clean.
