Lely House

We arrived 6 hours early and texted owner of ok to move in. She replied yes move in ready so we did. Used towels hanging on shower door and panties on floor so we didn’t know if house had been cleaned but we proceeded anyway as we had been on the road for last 24 hrs. We couldn’t figure out the hot tub (one of the main reasons we got this house, as my wife and I like using the hot tub at night alone without others) so contacted the owner, she replied that they couldn’t get it to work and neither could her neighbor. Pool company came next day so we discussed with them, they said no kidding it doesn’t work because there is no blower on it. I contacted owner and told her there is no blower, so they knew it didn’t work and or someone stole it. Complete silence, So for the money we paid, we were very disappointed with the outcome. Everything else was fine as the house is older, wallpaper coming off everywhere We enjoyed staying there but not for that kind of money again, much newer homes with everything working in gated communities for less. The neighbors were very nice and cordial, they had larger dogs as well so our lab enjoyed that. Overall it was a good experience with some small bumps We liked Lely so much we bought a home while we stayed, so that was nice.

Super escape

The house was just the escape we wanted from our “up north “ winter. The neighborhood homes are all well kept. The only negative was the noise from the new construction directly across the street which started at 7AM.

Wonderful month in warm and sunny Florida

This was our first time trying a month rental in a warm spot to escape the cold northeast It was a big success! The house has everything, was comfortable and the host was easy to communicate with once there . Lely resort’s player’s club which you can purchase when you stay a month was an amazing amenity . We all had a healthy month filled with walking , jogging , swimming, and of course eating while we worked from home. Highly recommend this house !
