Naples Grande Beach Resort offers 474 accommodations with iPod docking stations and a safe. Rooms open to balconies. Beds feature premium bedding. Fridges and coffee/tea makers are provided. It would have been nice to be made aware that there is extensive construction taking place at this facility and from 8:00 in the morning on it's constant hammering and noises where if you're trying to get some sleep in the morning it's impossible. Outside of all the distraction and the loud noises going on all the time it's a nice facility with very nice pools and the beach is within walking distance. My rating would have been a lot higher if it weren't for all the construction and noise going on.

I thought the staff was friendly. I appreciated the different locations in the hotel to eat. The golf cart that takes you to the beach was readily available. I also enjoyed the adult pool.

I have stayed there few times and have always rated this hotel above average until this last stay...came in to a room that had multiple pubic hairs in bathroom..gross and a ladys hair pin on the night stand which i left it there for you...the staff wasn't as friendly and outgoing as in past stays like they weren't Going to go the extra mile..will think twice about staying there again.
