The room I booked said it had a king and twin bed. When I arrived there was only one bed & it was a queen (and quite hard). I did appreciate that the owner could be easily reached, but when we arrived there wasn't anything he could do to fix the number of beds. It was convenient that it was located near the central station, but one drawback from this was the significant street noise that made it challenging to sleep. There was also a heavy door in the entrance on our floor, so another occupant went out, it banged loudly. We also have concerns that there may have been bed bugs (we did not see any but did have bites while we were staying here). In short, I caution others to look elsewhere when booking in Naples.
La habitaciĂłn es muy bonita pero debido a que estĂĄ en la avenida hay mucho ruido de autos y sirenas, mucha gente por ahĂ y el barrio se veĂa un poco feo
Great hotel! Check-in was simple and straightforward. The building has an elevator, which was really convenient. Our room was spotless and felt brand new after a recent renovation. The bed wasconfortable. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful, and we even had a lovely view of Mount Vesuvius from our window. The location is handy, just a short walk to the train station. The surrounding area isnât the cleanest or prettiest, but thatâs Naples. The area is still safe.
hotel itself was very nice, rooms had great AC. bathroom was really nice too. area around seemed pretty sketchy which was unfortunate so we didnt do much around the hotel. hotel's messages for information before arrival were very helpful.
Very noisy at night because of the bus station located in front of the building. They didnât refill the shower gel in the bathroom and the doors are quite noisy. No elevator and steep stairs.
