Near Naples train station and airport bus stop. The hotel is hard to find among so many hotels in the area, the owner sends yo a video and instructions in English. it is a 3 minute walk from the train station amnd looks rough outside but the rooms were excellent.

Oksana was a wonderful host, we were only there for one night and she made sure we had everything we needed even with our short stay. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was noisy from outside throughout the night, but that is not the fault of the property.

The room is spacious & the bed is comfortable. Location is literally right across the street from Napoli Centrale; very convenient if traveling by train. A nice quiet room, very close to the train station. Helpful staff too! The shower is cozy, but easy to use and plenty of hot water. Wish the shampoo was not in plastic packets. I think there are better options to provide shampoo, conditioner etc. It was a small challenge to find the correct entrance of the building, but the staff at New Gallery were quick to respond and help us! We would definitely stay there again!
