Meine Frau und ich hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Wir verbrachten vier Nächte in Neapel und erkundeten die Stadt und ihre Umgebung. Die Einrichtung ist zwar nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand, aber für uns war sie dennoch akzeptabel. Bei unserer Ankunft am Flughafen nahmen wir ein Taxi, aber bei der Abreise entschieden wir uns, den Bus zum Flughafen zu nehmen. Leider funktionierte das nicht so reibungslos, da die Busse in Neapel oft unpünktlich sind. Wir mussten zu einer entfernteren Bushaltestelle gehen samt Koffer, um einen Bus zu erwischen. Glücklicherweise gibt es jedoch vom Hauptbahnhof aus einen Shuttlebus zum Flughafen, was dann wieder reibungslos verlief. Das Hotel bietet eine grossartige Aussicht, und in der Nähe gibt es viele gute Restaurants. Das Frühstück gestaltete sich mühsam, da das Buffet nicht offen zugänglich ist. Bedeutet, man muss auf Dinge zeigen damit der Service es auf dem Teller tut. Hier gibt es leider oft Kommunikationsprobleme. Obwohl während des Frühstücks viel Personal anwesend sind, hatten wir nicht das Gefühl, einen guten Service zu erhalten. Es dauerte drei Versuche, bis wir endlich unseren Kaffee bekamen. Diese Art der Bedienung empfanden wir als unangenehm und könnte unserer Meinung nach anders gelöst werden.

Wir hatten beide Geburtstag und wurden vom Hotel regelrecht verwöhnt. Die Lage ist fantastisch.

Breakfast was versatile and delicious but it was a bit weird that servers were handing breakfast for customers. 5€/person/hour for using the pool is a bit robbery. You have to book the pool in advance and use a swimming cap which is weird. Also beds were hard. In total we had a very pleasent stay. Great location and sea view from room.

Spektakulär war der Ausblick auf den Lungomare, das Meer und das Castel d'Ovo. Schade war, dass es zwar ein Schwimmbad gibt, dieses aber nur gegen Gebühr und auf Reservation für eine begrenzte Anz. Personen zugänglich ist. Zudem gibt Badekappenpflicht. Wir hätten einen Hinweis darauf geschätzt.

Wir hatten eine schöne Nacht im Hotel mit Meerblick. Unser Zimmer wollte renoviert sein, jedoch sah es gar nicht so aus. Noch sehr altmodisch und im Bad gab es nicht mal genügend Duschgel und Shampoo für 2 Personen. Personal war freundlich.
