Overall this is a 3 star max. It’s a good value and convenient location to Marco island…that’s about it. They seemed understaffed, always out of towels by the pool, breakfast was not good and always out of stuff like bowls, knives or milk. Pool bathroom was always dirty and out of toilet paper. I asked for an extra blanket and they were out. Pool gets mostly shade so on cooler days that’s not ideal and I never saw anyone cleaning it. My kids picked a few pieces of trash out of it. Stay here if you need a safe somewhat clean budget hotel close to Marco.

This is the second time we stayed with you. Customer service is always awesome. Love the breakfasts. Rooms are excellent, we cooked supper in our room and needed butter for our sweet corn for supper. The cleck behind the front desk helped us out since breakfast was long over. Thanks for going out of your way to make our stay wonderful!! We'll see you next year.

There were ants all over the wall, counter and shelf which got into all our food. They switched rooms for us and gave us a room that had bedding that didn’t look like it was changed. Hair on sheets and blanket and makeup stains all over pillowcases. I had to go to the desk 3 times to request new items. And the base of the textured shower was disgusting and needs a deep scrub

The entire stay was relaxing, comfortable, and quiet. It was just what we wanted! The bed was comfortable, the shower was relaxing, and the pool was perfect. Breakfast was always hot with many choices every day. The staff members were friendly and ready to assist in any way. We could not have asked for more. We will definitely return the next time we are in the area. Well done!
