Really liked this spot because it’s in the middle of Kyoto and Osaka. The hotel is 10/10 there’s a laundry room and a gym room as well as a cafe and Jazz bar which is amazing so much offered by this hotel much better and the price was amazing.

It was so clean and lovely view. Very comfortable and clean bed and luxury amenities even TV with BATH TUB!! Breakfast was sooo good Japanes and eastern style with many kinds of food with great price. I’m totally satisfied and will come back again.

Clean room, plenty of shops nearby. Nice view. Unfortunately for us, with 2 kids who drink a lot of water, there was no where to fill up water bottles. As per the staff on the first day, they just told us to come get some water bottles from reception. So we got 2 extra and then just boiled water in the kettle cos I hate using up so many bottles. On the second day when we asked as we were leaving, one the staff just said to buy it from Lawson.

I thought I walked in the wrong hotel because it seemed too luxurious for the price I paid. Incredibly clean along with an aesthetic layout. Great shower as well. Staff was nice and were all fluent in English. Also beside train station and is attached to a Lawson which is a plus

This is very close to Nara JR station, less than 5 minutes walk. Very conveniently located near all the famous temples in Nara. This is a fantastic hotel, very impressed by how nice it is. The staff was very polite and friendly. Will recommend it to anyone, I am planning to stay here during my next visit.

Nice enough hotel but the property does not deserve it's VIP access status. My Gold membership was not recognised at check-in and when I mentioned it I was told there where no benefits. I have stayed in several Nara non-VIP hotels over the last few years and all have treated me better. Redeeming feature was it's excellent shower/bathroom unit in the room so it gets 4 stars.
