in Salento, in the Cenate area, between Santa Caterina and Nardò.
The apartment is one of the three units that form Villa Li Santi, a villa with shared pool, outdoor space equipped with solarium, gazebo, outdoor shower and barbecue,as well as parking space.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, alarm system etc.
Pets are allowed.

2 is introduced by a veranda of exclusive pertinence, furnished with
table and chairs: an ideal space for outdoor dining, relaxing in the
coolness.
The entrance to the house is into a large living room
furnished with kitchen, dining room, 1 double sofa bed and TV. From the
large windows there is a view of the pool.
A hallway leads to the
sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom,
equipped with 1 shower room. Both rooms have a French window for direct
exit to the garden.

Villa Li Santi with its independent apartments is located in the locality of Cenate, in Santa Caterina, just 2 minutes from the sea and from the center of the pretty marina of Nardò, among the most distinguished, refined and elegant resorts of the Ionian coast of Salento.
Less than 1 km away is a supermarket with tobacconist`s and newsstand. The entrance to Portoselvaggio Park
is less than 2 km away. The town of Nardò with its beautiful historic
center, churches, castle, and museums is just 5 km away. Gallipoli can
be reached in just 5 minutes by car.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 35 per person.
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Outdoor area, solarium, gazebo, external shower. parking and barbecue are shared.

As a guest of Villa Li Santi - 2 by BarbarHouse, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
