Quiet location that is close to airport. If you want to visit Narita downtown which is a very interesting area with history and great local shops and abundant local food , this hotel provides a free shuttle there. Breakfast include good varieties of Western and Japanese food.

This is a convenient hotel with a direct transit from the narita air port. The rooms are comfortable and there is a lawsons within the hotel and the breakfast is to die for! My only complaint is that the shower amenities were watered down and the hotel is far away from most of tokyos hotspots. The shuttle bus also closes at 10 so if you make it back to the airport after that expect to walk 30 minutes to the hotel. Given that this is Japan though walking 30 minutes is common.
