Gregg was very responsive and accommodating before and during our stay. He allowed us to bring our well-behaved dog, which we appreciated, and it was a relatively easy house to stay in with a young toddler. Gregg provided many amenities to borrow for time at the beach, which was very helpful. We had 5 people staying in the home and it was reasonably comfortable space-wise, but if filling out the bedrooms, you will find it cramped in the common areas. We spent most of our time outside of the house at the beach, etc., so the space wasn't much of an issue. At least with all of our stuff, walking to the beach was not realistic from this location - we drove to both Kelly Beach and Bonnet Beach. While on a relatively quiet street during August, it seems the home is used for college rentals during the school year, because it's seen a bit of wear and tear. The cleaners didn't do their best work before we arrived (bring socks/slippers), but nothing enough to complain about. The linens & pillows were not the most comfortable, but understand the need for a linen service for a frequently flipped rental property. We had issues with the wifi & therefore TVs the day we arrived, but we resolved them by the second day. Overall, compared to other places we have stayed in the summer in Bonnet, again an area known for college rentals, this was one of the nicer properties.
