Das Haupthaus hat alle Holzböden, mit neuen Möbeln, Betten und wunderschön dekoriert mit 5 Schlafzimmern, 2 VollbĂ€dern. Sehr modernes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie fĂŒr einen wundervollen Aufenthalt benötigen. Eines der besten Merkmale des Hauses ist die ĂŒbergroße, moderne KĂŒche mit neuen SchrĂ€nken und GranitoberflĂ€chen. Sie werden es lieben, nachmittags bei einem Glas Wein auf dem Achterdeck zu entspannen oder morgens bei einer heißen Tasse Kaffee zu frĂŒhstĂŒcken oder einfach auf der geschlossenen Veranda mit Ihrem Kaffee zu sitzen und Passanten zuzusehen. Haupthaus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 5 Schlafzimmer, 4 große und ein kleines mit 3 Königinnen und 2 volle Betten mit 2 Badezimmer. Eines der Schlafzimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock fĂŒr alle, die mit Ă€lteren Eltern reisen. Wir haben auch eine separate Schwiegerwohnung, die jetzt mit dem Haupthaus verfĂŒgbar ist! Die Wohnung verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 1 großes Schlafzimmer, ein Vollbad, ein großes Familienzimmer mit einer kleinen voll ausgestatteten KĂŒche fĂŒr die Familie, die ein wenig PrivatsphĂ€re von allen Kindern will. Im Gesetz Wohnung hat auch eine Terrasse fĂŒr Ihren Genuss. Großer Garten fĂŒr alle, um ein Cookout zu genießen oder eine Veranstaltung auszurichten. Beide Eigenschaften werden durch eine beiliegende Treppe fĂŒr Ihre Bequemlichkeit verbunden. In -Law Apartment hat auch 2 Fenster AC-Einheiten fĂŒr Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Haus hat eine große Auffahrt fĂŒr mindestens 7 Autos und eine Garage fĂŒr alle FahrrĂ€der, Surfbrett.

Susan's house on Narragansett Ave was a really great and comfortable spot for my extended family - 5 young kids under age of 11 plus 6 adults. We had plenty of space for everyone and the location to the town beach was very convenient. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook all of our meals and we used the grill most nights! Thanks for a great week at the beach!

Wonderful Property Close to the Beach!

We stayed for a week for our annual family reunion. Susan’s property was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. The check-in process was seamless, and the house itself is spacious enough for everyone to be together but also have space apart. We especially appreciated the in-law apartment, where we could provide some privacy to a family with younger kids. Susan was responsive and communicative, and an excellent host.We would highly recommend this stay to future guests. Thank you, Susan!

Great Location with Lots of Room for Large Family Vaca

The home was very spacious and comfortable for our family vacation starting with the in-law apartment which was ideal for our young grandchildren and their folks to have a little quiet when needed, a well-appointed kitchen, a comfy living room for relaxing, a sunny windowed front porch for morning coffee, an awesome main floor bedroom plus four more upstairs for the rest of the crew! Just a short walk to Narraganset beach, the nearby marketplace and tower restaurants. The outdoor shower with hot & cold water was really refreshing after a hot day at the beach. Overall, we had a really nice experience and would recommend it to others. Very nice host too!

Excellent trip RI

This stay was my husband, 2 children and their families which included our furry grandchild as well (it does not shed). So close to the beach, restaurants, ice cream locations and candy store. We could trust the teens to walk to all of them by themselves. RI is such a friendly place and close to many attractions to drive to such as Newport, the mansions and shopping at the umbrella factory. The house was very accommodating. It was clean and the front porch was very enjoyable. The host was excellent and responded quickly to any questions. The in-law apartment was great for getting away from the hustle and bustle of family for a nice quiet nap. I would recommend this location for a great time in RI.

Excellent Stay

Thank you for the opportunity to stay at the location of 67 Narragansett Ave. First, working with the host Susan was awesome. She was very pleasant and informative. She responded to us quickly and answered all questions we had. The home was wonderful for our whole family including the dogs. We really used the apartment section for just sleeping and spent the rest of the time with family in the bigger house. It was clean upon arrival, and it was comfortable and convenient to the beach. Having the beach passes was awesome for some of the family members who did the beach often. Or family has been renting in the pier area of Narragansett for over 30 years. Our family has grown recently with 5 grandchildren under the age of 4! We hoped Susan’s property would do the trick. End of summer family time

We had a rough start with hurricane Henri bearing down right towards Narragansett ! Our home owner was very communicative with what was going on there and very agreeable to adjusting our dates, when they had no power, to arrive a couple of days later. We had a wonderful week and everything we needed was at the house- lots of places to hang out and extra in law apartment was very handy to have! Location was great - walkable to beach, restaurants and ice cream. Loved our stay -and the outdoor shower was fantastic!!! highly recommend.

QT at the Beach

What an amazing way to start our much needed summer vacation!! This is our 9th summer and boy was this the best spot!! Walking distance to beach (with beach passes!!), coffee, shops and dining; honestly a perfect stay. Bonus was the in-law apartment which was great for my dad aka Grampy to have a space of his own. All you could ask for!

We stayed at this property with various family members and friends over a two-week period, and our experience was fabulous. The owner is incredibly friendly, responsive and welcoming. The house is well laid out so that interacting with fellow vacationers is super easy both inside and out, while the ability to retreat to your own private space is also available. The location, right in the heart of the Pier area, is ideal - walking distance to the beach and our favorite restaurants. Beds are comfy, kitchen is well outfitted, and the. newly enclosed outdoor shower is really nice. And when we pointed out that the addition of a few hooks to that shower would be a nice touch, wouldn't you know that the owner showed up within an hour to install them!!! The enclosed front porch is a great place to read. We will definitely return!

exactly what we needed

Susan's house was exactly what we needed for our much much needed vacation. She was quick with communication and answering any questions I might have had. The house was bright and clean. The location was absolutely perfect. Due to parking restrictions as a result of COVID-19, we would drop of kids/gear/grandparents and then walk back to the beach. It was practically no time at all to walk back. The beach passes were a surprise bonus! We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great week in Narragansett.

The BEST beach week ever!

This is the most amazing rental house ever....I highly recommend for a family vacation. To start, the house is amazing. The owner, Susan, has thought of everything. The house is decorated beautifully. It's clean and bright - and comfortable! It's could be in a magazine. The air conditioning is great - perfect after a long hot day in the sun. The beds are comfortable and the layout allows for a bedroom downstairs - perfect for grandparents! The kitchen is complete and there is a washer and dryer (best thing ever). The attached apartment is wonderful! If you have teenagers, this is the house for you!!! It would even be great if you had friends come to visit for a night or two. The apartment area has a living space, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom - awesome to have a little separate space and still be in one home!!! The house is truly a walk to the beach (no exaggeration here). The owner, Susan, also provides you with beach passes. Which are the equivalent to gold in the summer!!! Some houses just photograph well for the advertisements...but this house not only photographs well, it's actually even better in person. There is ample parking and a great deck fully furnished with plenty of seating and a grill with a full tank of gas. Susan also provided beach chairs so you don't have to lug them from home! As far as the owner, Susan...I've had the pleasure of meeting her in person and she is wonderful. Prior to actually meeting, we spoke on the phone a couple of times and texted. She was more than helpful and accommodating. We've rented from her for a few years now and whenever things came up, she always went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay even more. This year I asked her if we could check out a little later and enjoy a few more hours walking the shops before we left. She arranged for the cleaning crew to come a little later so we could stay. We were so appreciative! It was on this day that I met her in person and she, like her house, were even better live. All in all I could not recommend this house more. We are already booked for next summer because my family says this week in Narragansett is their favorite week of the entire summer! Cheers!!! to the most beautiful house and kindest owner around!!! Great location and professional, accommodating owner

We highly recommend this rental for a crowd in the Pier with 4 beach passes! Hard to beat the location - walk to town beach (the best RI beach in our opinion) and shops, restaurants and parks. The owner, Susan, goes the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. When a small thing wasn’t right (wrong size sheets), she fixed it right away. House itself was clean, nicely decorated and air conditioned. The separate but connected apartment was a huge hit with our teenagers! What could be improved: a real outdoor shower (there is one but it is not enclosed), updated bathrooms. Since we have teenagers who want to sleep in the same room but don’t want to sleep in the same bed, we appreciate rooms with single beds or 2 double beds. (We had to use an air mattress for one kid).

Beautiful home. Clean spacious and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in this fantastic house in a great location. Close to the beach! House has all the amenities and is very well kept and furnished. Home owner is gracious and available for any needs. We had a wonderful and memorable time with our family! Will return every year! Loved our time there.

Perfect vacation

This is our 3rd time renting with Susan and the first time at this house. It was perfect for our family. My two children and two nephews had a blast and we were all very sad to leave. We will definitely be coming back again next year. Susan is very accommodating and the house was perfectly equipped.
