First floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, French press, Keurig along with a variety of k-cups to enjoy. Inviting, dining room and relaxing living room. Dedicated workspace and half bath. Enjoy a book or a board game out in the bright and airy sunroom. Second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with a fresh, new queen bed, A/C, desk, charging station, closet, and towel warmer. Full bathroom, shower/tub and towel warmer. Free EV charger is available on the property. This 2-story apartment building is located on property of the Narrowsburg Union, which was previously Narrowsburg Central school. The Narrowsburg farmers market is held next to the apartment on Saturdays, from 10-1, May-Oct. There is a second apartment in the building, owner occupied on the weekends.
