Great studio for a couple! It was clean and quiet. The apartment was close to many things as the longest uber ride was 10 min! Would recommend to anyone visiting Nashville!

The location was close to Broadway but that was the only positive to this unit. The building houses multiple units run by a company that rents them out, uses standard photos and did not disclose that it is right in front of a very busy street and metro stop feet from the building. Extremely loud through out the day and night making it impossible to get a good nights sleep. Would not recommend at all. We end up cutting our stay a night short and when requesting a refund for that night we were repeatedly denied.

Incredible time in Nashville! We went to some of the local bars in Germantown and really enjoyed Mothers Ruin. Did some vinyl shopping at Third Man Records and Vinyl Tap. Finished the trip up with the whole reason why we came to Nashville and that was Turnstile playing The Pinnacle. Until next time Nashville!

This was a great weekend with a concert at the Ryman and Johnny Cash museum. Conway was awesome and the area was good for walking our dog. Very safe and comfortable.

Great Location for Our Stay

We were meeting our kids and grandkids in Nashville for a family vacation. They were all staying a block away so it was very convenient to go and come as we liked. Family is fun, but sometimes you need your privacy. This unit afforded that. Although, we didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit, it was well equipped with everything one would need. It was very convenient to hope on the interstate to go wherever we were headed that day. Whether it was Broadway, the Opryland Hotel, Top Golf, the Zoo or Loveless Cafe for breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The only negative (but not really) was parking is on a first come basis in the garage or else you have to park n the street.

The place was a little smaller than we thought it would be but it was clean and worked for our weekend and purpose in Nashville The company was very responsive, quick and friendly to work with. Very helpful. The place was stocked wonderfully with everything anyone would need. We would choose Avant again.

Great place/convenient to downtown Nashville

Highly recommend this place. I really liked the no contact check in. Communication was amazing. It was a very quick uber ride to downtown Nashville. The property was very clean and has everything that you need. The special gifts that were left for us were a nice touch and very much appreciated. Can't wait to stay here the next time we visit Nashville.

Lovely property

Everything from booking to check-in was flawless and easy. We even had a fun goody package waiting for us with some 4th of July beads, a cute baseball hat, and a small bottle of Jack Daniels along with some other little welcome items. Property was very clean and well managed. The only complaint I would have is the noise level from the hardwood stairs right outside our door that led to the multi bedroom property above us. Sounded like a heard of elephants every time the guests arrived and left. It was only a real problem when they all came back in the middle of the night. To their credit, the management left earplugs for us, but maybe it would be helpful to just have a sign letting others know there is nothing to absorb the noise and to just please be respectful of other guests. Otherwise, a lovely stay. Next time, we'll just try to book a second floor room. We'll definitely be back!

Conference week

I was very happy with my stay! Although the location wasn’t what I was hoping for (not close to shopping and boutiques) they responded to my needs quickly. I had a door that wouldn’t properly lock and they responded to that need quickly. They also replaced dirty towels within an hour. Great stay. Clean property. Location is noisy and not in a great area but it was a great stay!

Trade Show Stay

Was in town for 4 nights to work a trade show. Property was about 1.5 miles from the Music City Center. Was able to hop on a scooter or grab a quick uber to get to the convention center easily. Was equally as easy to get to Broadway. Room was clean and linens were nice. Would stay again. Thanks!

North Nashville Multi-Unit

This unit is just one of many in this rental complex. There is limited parking in the small parking lot, so we were extremely thankful that our unit was on street level with street parking just steps from our door. This location borders a high crime area, so we would not recommend walking anywhere at night. Local grocery store has bars on the doors and security guards. Woke up Sunday morning with three Nashville police cars on the street just outside. That said, the unit had great amenities and a super comfy bed. Enjoyed the record player and guitar! We stayed here two nights.

Great Vibe

We just stayed for the weekend for the Zach Bryan concert. Didn’t really want to be around all of the partying and this was the perfect spot! Quick scooter ride to Broadway, but far enough away where you don’t have to deal with the commotion of it all. We were extremely surprised when they had a Zach Bryan album next to a record player. Whether that was planned for that weekend or not I don’t know, but great touch. We enjoyed listening to the vinyl while we got ready to go to the concert. Also, since we weren’t there for the late night partying, we had some fun playing Scrabble which was provided in the room. Super cute little studio, great vibe, all the essentials for a weekend stay and minutes from some food, farmer’s market, etc. Host was super responsive, friendly and helpful. Not sure what happened in one review, but the unit was spotless for us, and I looked close! Loved the free merch on the entry table! Will definitely be staying with this host in the future!
