Overall enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly & helpful when needed. Clean and nice rooms. Breakfast was good and they had plenty of options. Very close to Opry if that is a focal point of your trip.

The pillows are horrible need to purchase new pillow , the mattress needs to be replaced rolls to the middle , front staff. Rey rude not friendly at all , ac in the room kept switching to heat .

I stayed in the Hotel 15 yrs ago, I don't think they've changed the furniture in it since ..Really dated..Great for being close to Opryland but that's about it..

Family Vacation

Our stay was great. The room were a little out dated, I’m speaking on the assessable bathroom. The tub was too high and it was scary to stand in. I requested two assessable but one was up graded to a suite to give my second assessable to another visitor. I specifically asked for the two assessable rooms for my bad knees and my son’s 6,2” height with showers and I got neither. The standard toilets are so low in the hotels it’s ridiculous. Other than that the staff and service was great.

This is my go to property when I travel to Nashville. Nice quiet surroundings, clean rooms and friendly staff. Close to attractions around Music Valley, Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills. Lots of dining option and nice movie theater in Opry Mills. Short drive to downtown Nashville. Shuttle service offered.
