The hotel and staff members were fantastic. The Rux rooftop restaurant was awesome! However, the area outside needs a lot of upkeep. The $40 valet charge per day needs to be made known upfront before booking is complete. I heard other guests complaining about the valet charge as well.

Great hotel. Clean big rooms and i had a problem with my tv and service came right up, fixed it and noticed something else with the window that wasnt right and fixed that right away to, so great service.

The room was beautiful, but we could hear everything outside of the building. I can hear people talking, the club downstairs, and the cars and motorcycles racing up and down the street. This is a room with a city view. The windows should have been soundproofed. The mattress was also uncomfortable
