The property is nice. I liked having the shuttle available. I did not like the paper thin walls and floors. It sounded like someone was jumping and running around the floor above us. The breakfast was good but I'd suggest putting other eggs and meat out so you don't have a huge line for the specials everyday.

Great hotel! Bed and pillows were comfortable, room was clean and well stocked. My only complaint was the shower water pressure, but that is likely by design considering the sustainability features of the hotel. I would 100% stay here again.

The bartender was amazing. I think his name was Andy, give that man a raise. The vallet was also really amazing. The were polite and respectful. Knew their job well and always greeted us with kindness and a smile.

Pros - -Great facilities at this hotel with clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. It was a relaxing environment to return to after a busy day, and the kitchenette in the room was useful. -Generally found the staff members to be very friendly and welcoming, -Location was peaceful with a great restaurant a couple of doors down (AVO) and ice cream shop and snack shop opposite. Minor Cons- -Location is a bit too far out from downtown if not driving but there is a bus stop right outside, and the hotel shuttle can be requested for short journeys. -Hotel was not the most helpful in accomodating a (not uncommon) dietary requirement on the breakfast front. On the whole, minor complaints, and would definintely return next time I visit Nashville.

The front desk staff for check in the night we stayed was great but the next morning upon checking out the man at the front desk wouldn’t acknowledge us. He continued to stare at the computer as we stood there. Also there is no where to park the only option they provide is valet which costs $38/night.

Walls and floors are paper thin, can hear people walking above you and talking at a normal level next to you. Shuttle was nice, too bad it couldn’t take you to BNA airport. Jamell (sp?) was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Made me feel at ease as a solo traveler. Did not receive the correct room, should have had a sofa bed but instead had a small chair. At checkout I was told I should have asked for the sofa bed… doesn’t work like that. I paid for the sofa bed room! Clean hotel. Not much around unless you want to shuttle/uber everywhere.

We had room 404. The tiolet wasnt working properly and wouldnt flush. We called the desk and was told somethone would come fix it but they never did. My husband had to take the lid off the water tank and manually flush it every time someone used it. The bathroom door would not lock. There was no bedding in the room for the pull out couch. We had to go find a maid to give us some and though she was very nice it was difficult to explain what we needed because she spoke no english. There were hardly any towels (definitely not enough for 5 people).The lobby area is nice but there is an oppressive perfume smell in the lobby that seems to be an air freshener it gives you an instant headache when you go through the doors. I had high hopes for this place but I would not book here again.
