Room was very nice, be careful in shower - needs another rail, the one in there is too close to shower head to use. Also, for women, could use a little shelf or rail to put your foot to shave legs. Plan on waiting a long time for elevators. An elevator engineer who happened to be there said the elevators needed to be timed better, with certain ones servicing certain floors. I’ve no idea, but I know we waited at least 15 minutes. Valet service from your room doesn’t exist, we had to get our own arts and move our stuff ourselves.
