We booked this property through VRBO for a three-night stay after a red-eye flight to Nashville, specifically so we could go straight to the rental and let our kids rest. Unfortunately, we were unable to access the property upon arrival because the entry code didn’t work, and Trevor, our supposed co-host, never responded to any of our calls or messages. After waiting for hours at a nearby grocery store, I had to contact VRBO support, as neither host was communicating. Eventually Chris sent a working code, but he showed no awareness of or concern for the inconvenience we had already experienced. When we finally entered the unit, it was in very poor condition. The property was dirty, with broken items including a bunk bed, towel holder, and lamp. My mother-in-law found wadded-up toilet paper under her bed, and there was a beer can in the rooftop fire pit, which didn’t even work. After our stay, I reached out to Chris again to ask whether any credit would be offered for the hours we were unable to access the property. He never responded and completely ignored my messages. The lack of communication, cleanliness, and accountability made this an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend renting from Nash Properties.
