Two night stay for a quick girl’s trip. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Rooms were very nice, clean, plenty of room. The shower was also really nice, great water pressure, roomy, and taller. Beds were very comfortable. Location is great, though at night it felt a little more sketch if walking just cause of some of the homeless that wander. No fault of the hotel. You do need your key card to get into the hotel after certain hours and to use the elevators, which we really liked. Would stay again.

We stay here every time we come to Nashville. A great breakfast and close to the action. It's a short walk to Broadway and we LOVE Kelsey at the front desk. We met her in February during our stay. We visit 3-4 times a year and we will continue to stay at the Hyatt because of her. She takes great care of us and makes us feel like family. Ya'll are lucky to have her!
