Clean hotel a bit pricey.

One of the cleanest places in Lebanon TN that isn't over $150 a night. It's still a midgrade hotel but the staff is nice and the rooms are roomy, beds ok and the ac works. Breakfast is just ok. It's overpriced for what it is but it's nice enough.

Overall the stay was good! Definitely a little outdated and kinda cramped but the room was clean and bed was comfortable so thats all that really mattered. The only three issues I had was 1) the parking lot was small and by the time we checked in, there were no spots avaliable so I had to park on the side and was worried about getting in trouble or towed (it ended up being okay) and most of the staff was nice except one of the night time receptionist. We had come down to ask for more towels and he seemed like we had inconvenienced him, he huffed and was real short with us. We werent rude about it or anything we just asked and said thank you and went back up to our room. And 3) there was some strong chemical smells roaming throughout the hotel. Not sure if it was cleaning supplies but it was very nauseating. Other than that, a fine stay. Cant speak on the breakfast, we ate elsewhere but they did have it!

I checked in using a link that was texted to me. I picked up my keys at the desk, just showing id and my card. It was easy. My only complaint would be not having a shower pad, as I am handicapped and it was slippery.

I asked for a non-smoking room however the sofa and bed smelled of cigarette smoke. I did tell the front desk staff and requested she make a note about this.

Terrible. I arrived super late after driving 12 hour. I had requested first floor, didnt get it, i reserved and message way ahead too. Put me in 3rd floor w my little old dog. I needed first floor close to exit. Check in at desk ... Lady had I'm sure switched up first floor w someone else. Gave me wrong paper to fill out that had "first floor request" at top . Kept asking me to verify credit card number that was not mine tgan i had to refill out 2nd paper . Rude and uncaring. No place to park. Room dirty stained cutians. Mattress squeaked badly ( 1930s?!). Sheets dull and dingy. I was tired and the check in was exhausting plus they charged an extra pet fee for a 5lb dog and put a over hundred $ hold fee. BS put us in a room that all pet parents get sent too which should be first floor near the exit for pets. Than i cant walk through lobby w my dog on check out?! Not pet friendly. My car was parked opposite side of building. I will never stay in a La Quinta again. Give me a refund please
