Great view in Edgehill

Location great, but wouldn't want to be there on during the weekend Bridesmaid invasions. Parking on the street was a little concerning, but worked out. View from rooftop deck was fantastic. TV's didn't work as suggested. Top-floor shower was not useable, but owner seemed to be having water issues. Needed lightbulbs everywhere.

Spacious with gorgeous views, many steps & no parking

Very spacious… lots of room for lots of people. Incredible views from 3 different levels. The only thing I would say was a minus was the parking… most nights I had to park a block away and when I originally booked the location it mentioned 2 parking spots so I thought I was fine since I only needed one. Those spots however are first come first serve and that wasn’t mentioned until AFTER I booked it. The other one negative would be if you struggle with steps because there are a lot of them. Other than that, loved it!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The property was in a great location, under a 5 minute uber to many bars and restaurants nearby. The space was very clean upon arrival and had all the necessities we would need for a long weekend. We would love to come back to this property the next time we stay in Nashville.

Awesome Place with Average Living Experience

Really enjoyed our time here. Unobstructed skyline views from kitchen/living room as well as rooftop was really cool both day and night. Property is close to The Gulch area and only 10min max from most other spots in Nashville. Management seemed subpar though. Had wrong key code and had to call customer service to get in the door. Also, entire place was poorly cleaned. Just felt they cut corners on several little things that added up (kitchen isn’t stocked, both paper towels and bath towels were cheap, nothing was vacuumed with coffee pot and pans not cleaned and patio cushions were gone on the roof to name a few).

Perfect modern, multi-storied house, a walk away from The Gulch & Broadway

My husband, friends, and I were very happy with this property that I had scouted out for our first time visit to Nashville! After finding the entrance to our house, which was the 2nd set of porch steps, as you enter from a walkway path on the corner of Archer and a small cross street, 11th Ave. S, we were home! The main living/kitchen, bunk room floor was great for lounging and planning our daily activities. Heading up 18 stairs, was the master suite, third bedroom with 2 beds (double?) & private bath, and washer/dryer. Walking up an additional set of stairs led to a glorious outdoor deck with sweeping views of the city, and neighboring outdoor decks, so that one felt like one was in a little private community of penthouse residences benefiting from a luxury that not everyone gets to enjoy. Making use of this unique outdoor area was a favorite part of our lodging. From our first night's happy hour, to our last morning coffee, we thoroughly enjoyed the view, the warmth of the fire pit, and the feel of the elements. In addition to being pleased with this house, we appreciated its close walking proximity to "The Gulch" hub of restaurants, bars, and little market, the Turnip Truck. Always on foot in the morning, we could easily walk to the bars and shops on Broadway, view Nissan Stadium along the Cumberland River, and navigate our way to the Hop on Hop Off Trolley and various other points of interest. (A Hop on Hop Off ticket purchase will entitle you to several discounts on other attraction tickets) Would we stay here again? Absolutely! Biscuit Love, Peg Leg Porker, and The Grand Ole Opry are all calling out our names! Good news is- we know just where to stay!!

Perfect location!

Our house was amazing! Enough room for the 6 of us to have our own space plus the rooftop deck was truly a highlight and the view was breathtaking! We could easily walk to the Gulch, and a short ride to Broadway.

The home is very attractive and furnishings and decor are pleasant. The rooftop sitting area is quite nice, but doesn't seem very private when neighboring properties are also being used. The location is very central and easy to get around to restaurants and attractions. The cons were: that there were no dish towels of any kind provided, so we had to go buy our own, the cushions for the outdoor seating were completely soiled and soaking wet, but put away in a storage container so that they could not dry, and that the owner actually lives in his own suite below the main living area. Note, he/she did not disturb us in any way. I had just been under the impression that I was renting the entire house, and it was slightly uncomfortable knowing he/she was there.

Great Location

Stylish decor, awesome location, well-stocked! Patio was not as great as it seemed; couldn’t get TV to work and as we saw in previous reviews, propanes were empty. Had to call twice to get them filled. Overall it was good! But for the price would have hoped it all was working when we got there.

Turnkey Vacations is a fabulous management company. Attentive and very responsive. The property was perfect Not super clean upon arrival but nothing that ruined our stay (dirty ashtray on balcony, mop bucket w/ water in family room, not enough face towels). Turnkey sent someone immediately to rectify. Thomas masked up, was nice and professional, and handled everything quickly. We’d rent here again and definitely use a Turnkey managed property again. There were a couple rolls of TP in each bathroom, paper towels, s & p, and plenty of trash bags left in unit. Tons of dishes and plenty of bath towels. We didn’t find the noise from other people outside disturbing. We loved our stay in Mashville!!!
