Overall, I’m was very disappointed in this rental. It feels like a party house. The pictures online make it look like an elegant rental. We’re a group of ladies here for my birthday trip that we take every year and we were very disappointed in the dirty walls, splatters of dirt and who knows what all over the stairs, walls, surfaces. If the things we can see are this dirty, I don’t want to begin to think about the things we can’t see. One of the bathrooms had blood smeared on the door. I feel like this property is great for a group of 20 something’s that just want to party, but it should be advertised as such. The living room couch was broken, coffee cups were broken not leaving enough to use, no hand soap in some bathrooms, no starter pack of shampoo and conditioner like was advertised. Lamps in the bedrooms were not plugged in, leaving us to have to move furniture away from the walls to plug things in. The ice maker or water didn't work in the kitchen. Floor tiles were missing, leaving chunks out of the flooring. The propane tanks for the grill and firepit were either empty or barely had any in them. While we did let the host know immediately, nothing was fixed. Trash cans, some shampoo and conditioner and some replacement coffee cups were delivered at 7pm the night before we left. However, none of the other issues were addressed. I did ask for a refund and while we did get some back from the host, it didn't make up for all the things lacking while we were there.
