This was our annual family trip (7 of us) and we could not have enjoyed our stay any more. The house is absolutely beautiful and very well appointed. We enjoyed the guitars scattered throughout and had a few evenings of music around the firepit which was awesome. The kitchen was a pleasure to work in and we were pleasantly surprised to see there was also a grill outside. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

This home is beautiful! Fairly new build and well decorated and stocked. It is a lovely piece of property with a great front yard for kids to play in. Neighborhood is nice and quiet and walking distance to The Factory which was fun! Great house, clean and comfy beds and couches. The screened in porches were perfect!

Could have been much better!

The house is in a great location and has great potential but it is dirty, unorganized and ill equipped. There were cobwebs and dust throughout the house. Floor was filthy, porches had not been swept or cleaned in awhile. There was a dead bird on the porch. The kitchen had the basic utensils but they were scattered in various drawers and are minimal. Knives were all dull, cabinets were very unorganized with remnants of leftovers from previous guests. Linens were very poor quality and one one towel per guests was supplied. When I asked the property manager for 2 more bath towels since two provided were very small, they refused to give us 2 more towels. Air vents are very dirty with dried grass on them. Furniture is all modern, cold, hard and very uncomfortable. The check-in is very confusing since there are two multi locks on front porch that are not in use. The lock to use is on the back laundry room room door, so when you leave the house, you have to lock front door then leave from back entrance. It is a great property but needs to be restocked and thoroughly cleaned. These are really easy fixes to make this a great rental. Disappointed!

Very dirty

This was the most disappointing stay we have ever had at a VRBO. The home was dirty. The bath mat in the master bath was soaked when we arrived. The floor had hair and all sorts of dirt on it. The electronic entry was in the back of the house, which was never in any communications or on the app. That felt unsafe when we checked in around 10:30 p.m. Apparently, I ignored the prior reviews, but others complained about the filth and the entry as well. I suppose nobody cared to fix that. There was a shortage of towels-2 in the master bath for two days. They were equally short upstairs. There were spiders in the upstairs bathtub. There was no water or other snacks or anything when we arrived. I have never encountered that before. I suppose I expected it, so we did not go to the store, but we had to at 11 p.m. when we checked in. Really, this was super disappointing. I have always loved every other VRBO and never complained, but I hope this helps someone else.

This property was perfect for my group of 8 girlfriends. We especially appreciated 4.5 bathrooms. Everything was exactly as advertised. I would definitely recommend this property & would stay here again.

Not clean at all!!

The house is beautiful, but unfortunately we had two bed were the linen were not washed. The towels are old and needs replacement. The house needs a deep clean, we had to clean. Lastly we had to wash all dishes as the glasses had lip marks on them, spoons were dirty etc.

Nice quite and relaxing neighborhood. We enjoined a day in downtown Nashville. Loved the historic downtown Franklin area! Great food and shopping.

This place is in a great walkable location to downtown Franklin. 2 Big problems. The first….there were “locks” on the front porch that we thought were the “locks” to key in access code to open property. They were NOT. No instructions whatsoever that the actual keyed access was on the BACK door. We were tired and wasted a lot of time, even calling the management Co. THEY didn’t even direct us to the back door. On a WHIM we walked around and onto the back porch, there it was. Why something so simple was A) not noted and B) not known by management???? The house is a nice layout, and overall very cool. BUT, this place needs a DEEP clean, like seriously deep clean. Doors knobs light switches light fixtures windows…even the floors in front of toilets, ick. It appears it’s getting a surface/prep clean and it’s time to pay for a cleaning of significance. And the kitchen drawers were complete chaos. Management needs to send a big crew and get this place cleaned up/sanitized. It’s a shame because the property itself is nice.

207 Old Liberty Pike Franklin

The house is beautiful and located in a wonderful neighborhood. We had 6 in our party and it was perfect for us. The kitchen is a great size for everyone to stand around and chat or prepare food. The master bedroom suite was very comfortable and we enjoyed the swing just off it on the patio. The fire pit was a hit for the cold weather ones and a fireplace inside for those that didn't like the cold. I highly recommend this property. When we plan another trip to Franklin, we sure hope this home is available then.

Beautiful house. Great location. We had eight adults with four vehicles, the driveway is tricky. :-) Very close to downtown Franklin, walking distance if you want to. The overall cleanliness was OK, but definitely needed a little bit more attention to detail. Would definitely use this house again!

The home was new, front and back porch + fire pit were lovely; however, the check in process left alot to be desired. The information we received did not clearly indicate that the keypad was in the backyard which did not have the lights on. In addition, the keypad instructions were not clear. For example, instructions said to turn the knob "away" from the door. Who says that? Should be clockwise or counter clockwise. Also, the home did not have a microwave that we could locate. Had a warming oven which was interesting but not useful. One cool feature was the the Keurig coffee maker in the refrigerator door. This was not a feature listed in the property description so we were not able to take advantage of it. Lastly, the property description did not list that there was a coffee pot. I called customer service and they were able to help me & the home did have a standard 12 cup coffee pot.

First let me state the positives. Wonderful location, fireplace, higher end dishes and high quality flatware. Fire pit outside is one of the highlights of the property. The staff on the ground in Franklin is fantastic and very friendly. They went out and purchased us a hairdryer when none existed in the house. Now the “ less than great”. Turnkey vacation rentals is awful. Every answer is no. No port a crib but they will tell you where to buy one. If you stay at a 50 dollar motel 6 they will provide a pack and play. However they ACCEPTED a reservation with an infant. No 1 hour early check in even though end of daylight savings time gave them an extra hour between guests. No late checkout even though we didn’t ask. Every no was follow by sickly sweet “ is there anything ELSE we can help you with?” Photos make property look bigger. I asked to restock garbage bags ( we received two). They said go out and buy more. They were awful. I will remember them and never at a property they manage.

Beautiful home

I do want to say it is a beautiful home, the kitchen was perfect, the beds are very comfortable and it was clean. For the future, someone should check that the tv has internet and possibly have better instructions and also check all the lighting before arrivals. When we arrived we had to change lightbulbs in one of the showers, a closet and the hallway but there were lightbulbs in one of the drawers. The fireplace did not work, and some of the blinds were not working correctly. One of the footstools has a hole as the stuffing is slowing leaking. Please know that we are very happy with the home but think you should be aware of these issues so someone addresses them for the next guests. We would definitely rent this home again if we ever return to Franklin.
