Disgusting. Filthy. Never EVER seeing such a dirty hotel in my life!! Room was super dirt, old and smelly furniture. The lobby” and outside areas had a terrible smell. Elevator not working. Staff unfriendly.

This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. They rented me a room with a massive hole in the ceiling of the shower that was dripping fowl smelling water and drywall. It was a no smoking room but that would have been a better smell than that room. Don’t book this unless you have to just get out of the cold but I wouldn’t shower or sleep in the bed

This was a very nice place. Way better the most motels iv stayed in. Only thing i recommend is not driving a nice car. I was smoking a cigarette at 3:00am and watched two days break into a fudge Cummings then proceed to point guns with lasers at me from the ground.

We found the smoke detector in the drawer of the nightstand. The deadbolt for the door didn’t work. The elevator broke on a Saturday night and they couldn’t get anyone to fix it until Monday so we had to lug all our belongings down stairs for checkout. The tub backed up and we found trash from previous guests on the room

Staff was decent and did all they could do. Our initial room had keys that wouldn't work so staff had to unlock. Floors had dust bunnies everywhere along with spiders and best of all, a used condom behind our lamp. AC was not on upon entering. AC unit was extremely outdated with dust and damaged components. It is very apparent it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time which is a big respiratory hazard. Toilet paper was used and had little left. Room smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. Our replacement room was far better but still very disappointed. Shower was still dirty and had ceiling peeling off. Both are the worst rooms I've ever stayed in.

The experience was horrible the room is incredibly disgusting. The room was not clean, stains on the comforter, the bathroom was horrid AND just when I was gone try and make it work…. A ROACH crawled across the floor in front of me!!!!!! YIKES!!! There was mold all inside the pull out couch! I have a video if you want it! the young lady at the desk seem not to be surprised but rather irritated with the fact that I didn’t want to go look at another room but that I just wanted to leave and leave with my money!! Needless to say, they have processed a refund. You get wat u pay for most definitely BUT THE RODEWAY INN IS UNACCEPTABLE!

This hotel is absolutely HORRIBLE! We walked into our room to find blood on the sheets and roaches in our bed and all over the bathroom! I went to the front desk and they said they'd put us in a different room. We went to the 2nd room and there was boogers all over the wall behind the pillows on the bed, roaches crawling around, and the sheets were filthy! As we were walking out of that room, the lady from the front desk was waiting for us at the opposite end of the building to show us a different room. We walked in and immediately noticed cigarette burns in the covers and sheets. I told them we would just leave. They told me to contact my booking app and they'd issue a refund. When I asked for something on paper stating that I dis not stay there, she tried to hand me a receipt for my deposit. I asked her to write the date and time that we checked out and she tried to write a.m. instead of p.m. and when I brought it to her attention, she caught an attitude. I reached out to my booking app and they called the front desk, and they denied my refund. Now the booking app is disputing this for me. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Very nice motel and reasonable. I went downtown for music. less than 15 minutes. clean, everything worked, and i liked the Mexican restaurant next door. highly recommend both.

Just Gross! Horrible Hotel!

This has to be the nastiest, filthist hotel I have stayed at. My feet were black from the dirt on the floor. The walls were not even painted the same color. Looked as if there was water damage in the walls. The connecting room door did not have a lock on the door. My wife and I had to sleep on top of the covers as we were not sure if the sheats were cleaned recently. Horrible Hotel. Stay Away from this place. I cant believe this place is near the Ferrari and Mercedes dealerships in Nashville.
